Making sure your communal spaces are safe is one of our top priorities. We do this by ensuring communal areas are cleaned and grounds are well maintained. We'll also make sure you're kept up-to-date with fire safety procedures specific to where you live. We want your communal spaces to be areas everyone can be proud of, and you can help us achieve this by completing this survey four times a year.

Any feedback we receive will be used to improve the services we provide. You'll also be entered into a giveaway to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher!

    Grounds Maintenance

    A total of 43 percent of respondents want access to maps showing areas Longhurst Group are responsible for maintaining through the grounds maintenance service.

    We're working to have this information displayed via The Hub for our customers. The idea is that you'd be able to log in and see the scheme's details online at any time.

    We're working on displaying this information physically on location if a communal area and display board is available.

    41 percent of respondents asked for more information on what they should do if they're unhappy with the grounds maintenance service.

    One in five (20 percent) of those who answered were looking for more information on how Longhurst Group manages the grounds maintenance service.

    We'll be adding the Estates Team structure to The Hub. This'll include how we manage the service day-to-day.

    18 percent of respondents would like access to portals for grounds maintenance contractors.

    We're working with our contractors on the development of portals. We'll continue to keep you informed when they are ready to use.

    38 percent of respondents wanted more information on what they should do if they’re unhappy with the cleaning service.
