We want to know that the communications we’re sending out to you are the best they can be. We want them to be understandable, written in the right tone and in plain English. To make sure we do this, we need input from you. In the first of a series of letter reviews, we’d like to ask you to give your thoughts and reviews on our transfer letters. We’d particularly like anyone who’s gone through a transfer to give their thoughts, but this is open to everyone! You can do this by clicking on the Ideas board below. All our transfer letters can be found to the right of this page, in the documents section. The Ideas board will be open until 22 July. you could state what priority you would come under and time scale of how long it will take to be transferred, otherwise were all in limbo.
To add a timescale of waiting times and priority.
