Our Scrutiny Team was formed in April 2022. The Team come from different areas of our geography and have great range of skills and backgrounds so they represent a broad range of our customers. Meet the Scrutiny Team
Jane Bills - Derby Now retired, her working life consisted of dealing with people – firstly in retail, then as a Customer Service Manager at a utility company for 17 years. Jane believes “it doesn’t take a lot to go that extra mile.” Jane has joined the Scrutiny Team as she believes in the saying ‘don’t just moan about it, do something about it’ and she’s looking forward to getting involved and working with her fellow team members. |
Malcolm Fielder - Skegness Malcolm has been a Longhurst Group for six years and is a retired hospital administrator, having worked in the NHS for 30 years. During his time working in the NHS, he was responsible for monitoring and implementing various Government legislation at a local level. He worked mostly at small but busy community hospitals. Malcom says customer engagement has always been important in his working live and, coupled with his degree in Business and Finance, he understands both sides of customer engagement which he believes will be useful in this role.

Terry White, Navenby Now retired, Terry spent his career working in the property and facilities management sector. He’s proud and privileged to have worked at places such as Alton Towers and for football clubs including Chelsea and Nottingham Forest, as well as for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service. When relocating to Lincolnshire, Terry became one of our customers and he says he’s passionate about the built environment. Terry says that he’s joined the Customers Forum to ensure the customer voice is heard. |
