  • What level of modifications are being considered?

IeuanE56 asked about 1 month ago

    Hello leuanE56

Longhurst Group is currently implementing an energy efficiency improvement program under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1, which is set to conclude in March 2025. In addition, we are assessing properties across our portfolio that are below EPC Band C for future upgrades to enhance their energy efficiency and meet the government's target of reaching EPC Band C by 2030. Each property is evaluated individually, meaning the required improvements may vary from home to home.

    I hope this helps,

    Helen

TRACEY23 asked about 1 year ago

    Hi TRACEY23

The timescales will very much depend on the findings within the individual survey, I've passed on your details and we'll give you a call within the next two weeks to update you.

    Thanks for getting in touch,

    Helen
