Our first year

We're thrilled to have you join us as we celebrate The Hub’s first birthday and reflect on some of the highlights of the past year. We’ve also got a lot of exciting things in store for the future!

During the last year, we've used The Hub to interact with you and we’ve been listening closely to your feedback and suggestions. We’ve made improvements in areas such as income recovery, communal services, communication during moves, transfer letters and guidance for customers with air source heating.

We've been answering your questions on important topics like permission requests, home ownership and stair-casing and you’ve told us your views on energy saving technology, homelessness and the areas where a customer might need our support.

But it's not just about business – we've enjoyed getting to know our community on a personal level too, thanks to your beautiful garden photos, pictures of your furry friends, and even some spectacular pumpkin displays! As we move forward into the next year, we look forward to continuing to connect with you and sharing in your experiences.
