Your views are important

The proposed new consumer standards have been published on the Government website and we’d love to hear your views.

These are proposals on the standards registered providers must meet so tenants live in safe, quality homes, have choice and protection, and can hold landlords to account.

Please take some time to look through the proposed standards and leave us any comments you have in the 'Guestbook' below.

Your feedback is valuable to us and will give us useful insight when we feedback to regulator, as an organisation.

The Government consultation closes at 6pm on 17 October 2023.
