A total of 12 customers told us about their experiences. Here are the results:

Did you have concerns about how to use your ground source heating system when you moved in?

Do you understand how ground source heating works?

Do you find the system controls easy to use?

How do you find the heating supply in your home?

On a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is slow and 5 is quick, how quickly does the system react to heating demands?

How do you find the hot water supply?

Is there any noticeable noise coming from the shoebox?

(If answered yes) How would you describe the level of noise?

Thinking about your understairs cupboard, is the space around the shoebox useable?

Did you experience a change in heating costs from previous heating systems you may have used in the past?

Has having ground source heating impacted any other aspect of your lifestyle?

Six customers answered ‘no’ to this question. Two left the answer blank.

    We received the following comments:

Bills have risen, waiting too long for hot water and heating to warm the house

    BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE,,,STRESS FREE ..

Location of the shoebox in the understairs cupboard prevents this completely from being used - it's just placed right at the entrance of the cupboard, making it impossible to put big items in storage. This should've been installed further inside

It's expensive to run so less spare money for other things.

If you could choose your heating system, which would you choose?
