The process
Members of the newpanel will work together to write a question about the potential cleaning services, which will go into the tender for potential service providers to respond to. You’ll also score the responses. This will be used alongside other questions to help us choose the right service provider. Our Customer Engagement Team will be on hand to help you to do this.
Please note that once the scoring is complete, we’ll invite a maximum of two from the panel to attend interviews with the potential contractors. The interviews will be in person.
The whole process will be completed via Microsoft Teams and you'll need to join about four online calls. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
